Childhood Core Wound Healing

Service Description

Help to understand and resolve childhood wounds that may be holding you back in your current life. Resolve past trauma and make way for a renewed beginning and more fulfilling life. A one hour session ($75). Most of us are walking around with wounds that originate from childhood, whether it be neglect, not being heard, hyper-criticism, etc. The fears and traumas of our past selves manifest in our current adult lives in our relationships, our sense of self worth, our physical and psychological health, and more. Once we illuminate these old wounds, we can consciously give them the space and awareness they need to resolve. I will guide and support you in this process as we heal together your inner child and look towards new beginnings. Optional: Can come to client. Travel fee of $10 applies for city of San Diego, La Mesa, El Cajon. Please contact via email if outside of San Diego.
